Terms of Service for Tipsy Chat

These terms are the agreement between you and Tipsy Chat. By opening the site or starting a conversation you accept them, so please read them before you begin.

  1. AcceptanceUsing Tipsy Chat means you agree to these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site.
  2. Adults onlyYou confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age for adult content services.
  3. The serviceTipsy Chat provides fictional companion characters you can exchange messages with, plus optional extras such as voice notes and images.
  4. Fictional charactersEvery companion on Tipsy Chat is invented. Names, photos, ages and biographies are creative material and do not represent real individuals.
  5. Not adviceCompanion replies are entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice, and must not be relied upon as such.
  6. EmergenciesTipsy Chat is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional immediately.
  7. Your accountYou are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password confidential.
  8. Account sharingAccounts are personal. Sharing, renting or transferring access to your Tipsy Chat account is not permitted.
  9. Acceptable useDo not use Tipsy Chat to harass others, to break the law, or to attempt to obtain content involving minors or non-consenting people.
  10. Prohibited contentRequests involving minors, real identifiable persons in sexual contexts, violence against others, trafficking or illegal goods are forbidden without exception.
  11. Technical abuseScraping, reverse engineering, automated flooding, bypassing rate limits or probing the security of Tipsy Chat is not allowed.
  12. Third-party rightsDo not upload material you have no right to use, including copyrighted images or someone else's private photographs.
  13. ModerationWe may filter, withhold or remove content and may suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without prior notice where risk is serious.
  14. Free accessThe free tier of Tipsy Chat may be limited by message counts, features or availability, and those limits can change over time.
  15. MembershipsPaid plans grant additional features for the period purchased. Prices are shown before payment and include applicable taxes where required.
  16. Recurring billingSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term until cancelled, using the payment method on file.
  17. CancellationYou can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the paid period ends.
  18. RefundsDigital access is delivered immediately, so purchases are generally non-refundable except where consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
  19. ChargebacksDisputing a legitimate charge instead of contacting support may result in the closure of your Tipsy Chat account.
  20. Virtual itemsCredits, tokens or unlocked features hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and expire when an account closes.
  21. Intellectual propertyThe Tipsy Chat name, design, artwork, code and character concepts belong to us and are protected by law.
  22. Licence to youWe grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tipsy Chat for private entertainment only.
  23. Your contentYou keep ownership of what you write. You grant us the limited right to process it so the service can function and stay safe.
  24. Generated outputAutomatically generated replies and images may resemble output shown to other members and are not guaranteed to be unique.
  25. AvailabilityTipsy Chat is offered as it is. Maintenance, updates or technical faults may interrupt access, and features may be changed or retired.
  26. AccuracyAutomated replies can be wrong, inconsistent or out of date. Verify anything important through a reliable independent source.
  27. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent the law permits, Tipsy Chat is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
  28. IndemnityYou agree to cover claims brought against us that result from your misuse of Tipsy Chat or your breach of these terms.
  29. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk or harm other members. You may close your account at any time.
  30. Changes to the termsThese terms may be updated. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of Tipsy Chat means you accept the changes.
  31. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and disputes will first be addressed through good-faith contact with support.
